How did we get to register?

It was the first of January. Wanting to start the year 2021 in force, Andrei entered the esero.ro website to check if the registrations for the CanSat contest have started. They hadn't yet. However, an announcement had appeared: "The national rover competition Exo-Ro 2020-2021 at the starting line". Andrei didn't know anything about this contest at that time, so, being curious, he started reading the post.

"Hmm... a rover contest... sounds a bit difficult... but at the same time very interesting... and it would definitely be more challenging than the CanSat, where we participated last year... maybe we should do something different this year... what if we would sign up for Exo-Ro? Let's see what the others say!"
